Three centuries of tradition by the Mediterranean
In an old fishermen’s house with more than three centuries of history, in one of Mallorca’s most special spots, Sant Elm, Es Raor carries on the 25-year culinary tradition of the renowned El Pescador restaurant.
Created for the pleasure of the senses, our restaurant brings together the finest natural produce of the Mediterranean, local island ingredients and classic Mallorcan wines, giving rise to renewed dishes that elevate the essence of island cooking.
