In an old fishermen's house with over three centuries of history, nestled in one of Mallorca's most special enclaves — Sant Elm — Es Raor carries on the gastronomic tradition of more than 25 years of the renowned restaurant El Pescador.
Born for the pleasure of the senses, our restaurant combines the finest natural produce from the Mediterranean Sea with indigenous ingredients from the island and traditionally Mallorcan broths, giving rise to reinvented dishes that elevate the essence of island cuisine.
