This website does not store on any server the data you type into its forms. When you press “Send”, the form prepares a message that opens in your email app or in WhatsApp, and you decide whether to send it. We therefore only process the data you send us through those channels:

• Contact, events and legal forms: name, email, phone, the content of your message and, for events, the date and number of guests if you include them.
• Work with us: the data above plus any CV attached to your email.
• Newsletter: name and email.
• Direct contact by phone, email or WhatsApp: the data you provide.

Table bookings and gift voucher purchases are handled by the Restoo platform (esraor.myrestoo.net), which has its own privacy policy.

• Answering your enquiries and event requests: your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
• Handling job applications and collaboration proposals: your consent.
• Sending the newsletter: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Handling rights requests and legal obligations: compliance with a legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).

We keep data for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the legal limitation periods. CVs are kept for a maximum of one year. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. These providers are involved in running the website:

• Vercel Inc. (web hosting): logs technical connection data such as your IP address for security purposes. It may process data outside the EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Kinescope (homepage video): receives technical data such as your IP address when the video loads.
• Your email provider or WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose that channel to contact us.
• Restoo, for bookings and gift vouchers, and Google (Drive and Maps) when you open the PDF menus or the map. These services only receive data if you follow their links.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to administracion@esraor.es. If you feel your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Es Raor is present on social media. Any data you share there is governed by each network’s terms; we will only use it to reply to you on that same channel.

The texts, photographs, logos and design of this website belong to Es Raor Restauración S.L. or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced without prior consent. The website links to third-party sites for whose content we accept no responsibility.

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts that are competent under consumer protection legislation.
